American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course trains individuals with little or no medical training to provide emergency care, including first aid for injuries and illnesses, and perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) until professional help arrives. The course covers skills for medical and environmental emergencies and is suitable for meeting job requirements or for personal preparedness. It is a video-based, instructor-led course, and upon successful completion, students receive a 2-year course completion card.
