KnoxBox: Rapid Access for Emergencies
Save Your Door, Save Precious Time
Picture this: You're having a medical emergency, but your doors are locked. Our EMTs arrive to help, but they can't get inside. Every second counts, but we're stuck breaking down your door or searching for another way in.
KnoxBox changes everything.
What is a KnoxBox?
A KnoxBox is a high-security key safe that mounts outside your home or business. Only Orcas Island Fire & Rescue has the special key to open it. Inside, you store your house key.
When emergencies happen:
We arrive and immediately access your KnoxBox
Retrieve your key in seconds
Enter your property without damage
Focus on helping you, not breaking down barriers
Why You Need One
Faster response means better outcomes in medical emergencies, fires, and other crises where every second matters.
No property damage - we don't have to break windows, force doors, or damage locks
Peace of mind for you and your family, especially if you:
Live alone
Have medical conditions
Are elderly or mobility-impaired
Travel frequently
Want maximum protection for your property
Built Tough for Island Life
KnoxBox products are:
UL listed for security
Weather-resistant for Pacific Northwest conditions

Your key stays secure - we can't stress this enough. These aren't your typical lockboxes.
