Temporary Lifting of Burn Ban Allows 2' fires

Due to recent rain received on Orcas Island, Deputy Fire Marshal Turner has temporarily lifted the burn ban, allowing only 2’ X 2’ recreational fires.  The lift is temporary, and is subject to change based on prevailing weather conditions.  Any questions should be directed to Deputy Fire Marshal Turner.
