Calling a Debriefing: The Duty Officer should initiate debriefing on the shift when the response occurred. A call should be made directly to team leader (Judi or Rich Madan) or to district CISM liaison (Maxx Jones) as soon as possible. This contact should be entered into the daily log.

If a debriefing is requested by a responder who was on the call, this should also go through the duty officer on shift at the time of request. If the duty officer is not available, the request can be given to the district liaison (Max Jones). Concern by other member(s) should be directed to the duty officer on the incident if possible for review and follow-up.

District members who would be attending will be notified by the noon radio check as well as by a phone call via the front office (or someone available to make the calls).
